Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our products 100%. We use the highest quality materials and construction in all our products. However, manufacturing defects can occur. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers defects on the frame, fabric and included accessories. Our products are not indestructible. Our limited warranty does not cover claims from damage from normal wear and tear, misuse (such as improper storage), abuse, neglect, carelessness, or accidents. Please contact us at Support@shftoutdoors.com to initiate a warranty claim. You will need to have your order number in order to initiate this claim.

What is your return policy?
Please contact us at support@shftoutdoors.com to set up your return. Please include your order number and receipt. We accept returns and exchanges only on items purchased directly through our website: SHFTOutdoors.com. You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original date of shipment. We ask that you hold onto your original packaging if you're thinking about a return or exchange. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We’ll send you prepaid shipping labels, and, once the product is checked at our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund (less the cost of non-refundable shipping). A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.

What makes the SHFT Chair so comfortable?
Our SHFT Chair’s comfort comes from extra, breathable air mesh padding around the frame and headrest; an ergonomic design that cradles you without the need of arm rests; a free-moving seat suspended by flexible bungee cords that distributes your weight evenly – taking pressure off your back and allowing the seat to readjust on uneven terrain.

Can I use the SHFT Chair at the Beach ?

We do not recommend heavy usage at the beach (at least sandy beaches!) More specifically, heavy exposure to sand in and around the folding mechanism and locking system may make the chair difficult to open and close.

If it does get a little sand or salt water on it, just rinse with fresh water and allow to air dry. We built the Bungee Chair to last and with the highest quality materials for most situations, but be aware the folding design was not intended for primary use in sand and salt water.

We designed our first folding chair for so many other outdoor locations: in your backyard, at the park, on the sidelines, at a tailgate with friends...the list goes on!
